Welcome. Whether you have been on a healing journey for many years or this is your first time considering therapy, I am honored to be part of your process. I work to help you build a sense of inner support, develop and practice skills in deeply understanding yourself while letting go of the patterns that get in the way. I look forward to creating a space together to explore what's most important to you. You may be a feeling alone, not knowing how to fix it, sometimes losing yourself putting others first, ready to get unstuck. You may be wanting to slow it all down, heal relationships, stop chronic patterns of stress, anxiety or grief, let go of past pain, better understand yourself and others. We can work together in the struggle and clarify exactly what it is you long for with more balance and ease. I have training in Holistic, Somatic Psychotherapy. I have experience working on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, work life balance, mood disorders, body image, identity, relationship challenges, sexual, emotional and physical abuse, stress and overwhelm, burnout.
